Former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice has been out of the NFL since a tape of him punching his wife in an elevator.
Commissioner Roger Goodell had originally suspended him for just two games, but the suspension became indefinite after the TMZ video surfaced.
Rice tried to appeal his suspension, but the appeal only lasted for two days. Rice’s wife Janay and Goodell were among the people who testified at the hearing.
It remains to be seen how this hearing will affect Rice’s future in the NFL. Here is a tweet from the official Sports Illustrated Twitter account reporting on the latest update on the troubled running back.
