Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton was reportedly injured in a car accident in Charlotte, North Carolina and sent to a local hospital.
The Charlotte Observer reported that a car crashed and overturned in downtown Charlotte, resulting in damage to two cars. Newton was injured according to images sent by local media photographers and a report from the CMPD.
