Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker is set to undergo a medical at QPR, reports Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.
The news suggests the two clubs have agreed a fee for the 32-year-old, who would be reunited with former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp at Upton Park.
Redknapp signed the England international from West Ham in summer 2011 and Parker went on to have a superb debut season for the North London outfit, making 29 league appearances as Spurs finished fourth.
Following Redknapp’s dismissal a year later and a serious achilles injury, Parker dropped behind Sandro in the pecking order at White Hart Lane but returned to the starting XI after the Brazilian tore his anterior cruciate ligament in January.
Spurs have signed Paulinho this summer, while France international Etienne Capoue also looks set to join, making Parker surplus to requirements.
The London Evening Standard also ran the story, claiming the R’s hoped to complete the deal before the end of the week for a fee of around £3.5m.
Di Marzio later tweeted that the England international will cost QPR just £2m.
