According to the Sun Times and the sports gossip blog Terez Owens, a video is on the verge of being released of Dez Bryant doing something so dastardly that their sources have told them it is “five times worse” than the video released in September 2014 of Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice punching his then-fiancee, now-wife Janay Palmer in an Atlantic City elevator.
Terez Owens stated that the existence of the video has been the subject of debate within the Cowboys organization, though Cowboys COO Stephen Jones has publicly denied that there is such a video.
The National Sun Times retweeted from Jaywan Inc. that screenshots of the alleged video were sent by some former friends of Bryant who were trying to shake down the star WR or the Dallas Cowboys to media outlets in an attempt to create a bidding war for the potentially explosive video that could threaten the very career of Bryant, or at the very least his contract negotiations with the Dallas Cowboys.
While the possibility that the video is either fake, old or too difficult to make out the figures in the images, it is very likely that a multi-million company like TMZ would be more than willing to pay top dollar to acquire whatever the tape is, much like they did with the Ray Rice video back in September.
