Wests Tigers have announced Jason Taylor as the club’s new head coach, replacing Mick Potter after two disappointing seasons at the helm.

The Wests Tigers are expected to announce Jason Taylor as the club’s new head coach.
Taylor, currently assistant at Sydney Roosters, will replace Mick Potter at the Tigers after two disappointing seasons.
The 43-year-old led the Parramatta Eels to the finals in 2006, as well as as South Sydney to its first finals in 18 years back in 2007.
Taylor is expected to be announced head coach of the Tigers, beating a bunch of candidates including departing Broncos coach Anthony Griffin and Tigers assistants David Kidwell and Todd Payten.
