Bennett has slammed the NRL…yet again.
Brisbane Broncos boss Wayne Bennett says he has lost “total confidence” in the NRL Integrity Unit (IU).

The IU revealed on Tuesday that it would demand players hand over phone records when required and impose a crackdown on the use of social media.
However, the IU backed down on its proposal to seize phones and computers when investigating matters of misconduct.
“I have lost total confidence in them,” Bennett is quoted as saying by AAP.
“You can’t come out one day with a statement and the same day you rescind the statement about what they are going to do with telephones and laptops and God knows what else.
“By the afternoon’s out they have changed their minds again.”
Bennett is the most successful coach in NRL history and his comments carry plenty of weight within the world of rugby league.
With the season due to begin this weekend, the NRL will no doubt question Bennett on the timing of his comments.
