Tampa Bay Buccaneers guard Carl Nicks will be leaving the team. He and the team have mutually agreed to part ways, as reported by a tweet from ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.

Nicks had previously been excused by the Buccaneers from their first two days of training camp for personal reasons.
He had previously been a two-time Pro Bowl guard for the New Orleans Saints before signing a five-year, $47.5 million contract with the Buccaneers. However, his career never panned out like that in Tampa Bay.
