Arsenal transfer news
It is not clear what the FA’s reasons are for the investigation, but it is thought that the suspicion lies at Arsenal’s end of the deal, though nothing came up at the time of the transfer.
Chambers has performed well since joining the Gunners in a £15m move, which was supposedly dealt with amicably by both clubs as it was approved by the Premier League without any notable differences from usual transfer deals.
