The Raiders handed the Titans a lesson in the Australian capital. Canberra started the match strongly with an easy try to Blake Austin.
But the Titans responded quickly with Anthony Don scoring in the corner.
The Raiders took the initiative back when Paul Vaughan crashed over.
Canberra was really clicking into gear now and Jarrod Croker got in on the act.
Next it was Jordan Rapana to score. The Raiders went 24-4 in front.
Just on the stroke of half-time, Don grabbed his second to improve the Titans’ situation.
In the second half the Gold Coast had a great start as Don completed his hat-trick.
The Titans were getting back into the game and then Austin struck for his second.
It was a sign of things to come. Croker got his second try too.
The Titans’ defence started to crumble away. Papalli touched down soon after.
Then it was Sia Soliola’s turn.
Edrick Lee intercepted the ball and ran 90 metres to score.
The final try of the match went to Sam Williams to complete the rout.
