The Bulldogs will have to make do without the services of Trent Hodkinson, David Klemmer, Josh Jackson and Josh Morris.
They are also without the injured James Graham, meaning the Raiders are huge favourites at home.
Tim Lafai and Chase Stanley return in the centres, Moses Mbye moves to the halves, while Tony Williams starts in the second row for the blue and white.
Lloyd Perrett, Antonio Kaufusi, Danny Fualalo and Herman Ese’ese all join an extended bench.
There are no changes for the Raiders from the team that lost to the Dragons last weekend.
