The Canberra Raiders are much better this season after finishing second from bottom in 2014.
They had a great 22-point win over Newcastle in their last game so will be out to keep up their march up the table.
They are unchanged from their victory a fortnight ago.
The Cowboys are also virtually unchanged after shocking Parramatta at Pirtek Stadium.
Rory Kostjasyn comes onto the bench for Ray Thompson in the only change for North Queensland.
Jonathan Thurston is expected to play after Origin but Matt Scott could miss out with injury.
