Canterbury have been boosted by the return of Josh Reynolds, two weeks earlier than expected, along with Brett Morris and Tim Lafai.
Antonio Kaufusi drops out of the 17 while Moses Mbye and Corey Thompson have been named on an extended bench.
For the Rabbitohs they are unchanged from last Friday night, with still no Dylan Walker or John Sutton. Jason Clark and Nathan Brown have been added to an extended bench.
