Argentinian’s time at Eastlands appears nearly up.
Manchester City front man Carlos Tevez could be set for a surprise end of season move to Ligue 2 outfit Monaco, according to reports in the Sunday Express.
The Argentina international has endured an up and down time of it at the Ethiad stadium, scoring some crucial goals for the Premier League champions, but the forward has also been involved in his fair share of controversy as well.
Last season the 29-year-old refused to warm up during a Champions League group stage game at Bayern Munich and then effectively went on strike, missing a whole chunk of that campaign in the process, although Tevez did return towards the end of the season to help Roberto Mancini’s side claim the title in dramatic style from under the noses of city rivals Manchester United.
Meanwhile, just last week the player was arrested on suspicion of driving while disqualified and as a result, it is believed that a summer £15 million switch to the Principality would suit both parties.
