Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech could be set for a January exit from the club as talks with Roma about a possible move are set to begin, according to the Metro.

According to reports in Italy, the Serie A title contenders have apparently been locked in talks with the 32-year-old for weeks as Roma look to bolster their goalkeeping options by giving Cech the chance to play more regular first team football.
Cech has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea this season following the recall of Thibaut Courtois from his loan move at Atletico Madrid – with the 32-year-old having made just two appearances for The Blues this term.
And should he make the move to the Italian capital he’ll link up with former Blues star Ashley cole, who joined the club over the summer.
