Petr Cech completed his transfer from Chelsea to Arsenal this afternoon, but not before saying goodbye to all of those at Stamford Bridge with an emotional open letter.

In the statement released on Cech’s official Twitter account, posted prior to him confirming his arrival at the Gunners, the 33-year-old goalkeeper paid tribute to the ‘loving’ Chelsea fans.
He also thanked Blues owner Roman Abrahmovich for granting him his controversial cross-London switch, allowing him to stay both in the Premier League and in the capital with his family.

Cech, who has over 100 international caps for the Czech Republic, won 13 major trophies, including four Premier League titles and the Champions League, during his 11 years at the Bridge.
