Chelsea are set to be handed a huge boost in their hunt for the Premier League title after it emerged that midfield star Cesc Fabregas is in line for a return to action against Everton on Wednesday night, the Daily Star reports.

The midfielder has sat out of the club’s previous two games with a hamstring injury, but Jose Mourinho has revealed that he has recovered sufficiently to play against the mediocre Toffees.
“I think he plays on Wednesday because on Saturday it was a decision to protect him,” Mourinho said on Fabregas.
“We didn’t want to risk two players at the same time.
“We risked Willian and to start two players with a risk is a big gamble.”
