Utah stuns USC – Utah stuns USC with last-minute touchdown to win, 24-21
No. 9 UCLA finds themselves back in the top 25 after being ranked there in the preseason before falling out entirely and rising back into the rankings.
Since losing two games in a row, the Bruins have won four consecutive games. However, they will face their biggest test since Oregon as they face their most bitter rival, No. 19 USC.
The Bruins’ most recent win came against Washington as they won, 44-30. Quarterback Brett Hundley threw for 302 yards with two touchdown passes on 29-of-36 passing while adding two rushing touchdowns.
Meanwhile, the Trojans are coming off a 38-30 win against Cal. They held a 38-16 lead in the fourth quarter, but Cal scored two touchdowns to make it a game again.
USC quarterback Cody Kessler threw for 371 yards on 31-of-42 passing with four touchdowns and an interception. Wide receiver Nelson Agholor received the bulk of the targets once again as he caught a whopping 16 passes for 216 yards and two touchdowns.
The Trojans have not beaten a ranked team since they defeated No. 15 Arizona on the road, and the Bruins will be tough to beat on the road. There will be plenty of scoring though.
Prediction: UCLA 35, USC 27
