No. 8 UCLA climbed back into the top 10 with a 62-27 blowout victory over Arizona State, and quarterback Brett Hundley had his best game of the season.
Hundley threw for 355 yards and four touchdowns on 18-of-23 passing, propelling himself back into the Heisman Trophy discussion. The quarterback also showcased his rushing ability with 72 yards and a touchdown on eight carries.
Paul Perkins led the Bruins in rushing with 137 yards on 14 carries, and wide receiver Jordan Payton caught five passes for 151 yards and two touchdowns.
The Bruins will look to improve to 5-0 and stay in the top 10 as they face Utah at home. The Utes have had a solid start to the season with a 3-1 record, but they just lost their first game of the season, 28-27, to Washington State.
The Utes had a defensive breakdown at the end as they allowed an 81-yard touchdown pass, but running back Devontae Booker looked impressive as he rushed for 178 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries.
The Utes rank 30th in scoring defense with 19.8 points per game allowed, but the Bruins offense will ultimately be too much for them with Hundley back on form and the unit firing on all cylinders.
Prediction: UCLA 35, Utah 20
