The Utah Utes pulled off a thrilling 29-23 victory over the Oregon State Beavers in double overtime, thanks to a monstrous effort by running back Devontae Booker.

No. 20 Utah improved to 5-1 with a win over Oregon State, who fell to 4-2 after a double-overtime thriller. Utes running back Devontae Booker capped off an incredible performance with the game-winning touchdown.
The Beavers sent the game into overtime after tying the game at 16 with a last-second field goal by Trevor Romaine, who nailed it from 49 yards.
Booker rushed for a touchdown on both overtime scoring drives for the Utes, and Beavers quarterback Sean Mannion threw a touchdown pass to send it into double overtime.
The Utes used two quarterbacks against the Beavers. Kendal Thompson struggled as he threw for 17 yards and an interception on 4-of-8 passing. Travis Wilson was held to 50 passing yards.
Booker carried the Utes on his back with 229 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 32 carries. Kicker Andy Phillips also performed well with three field goals made.
For the Beavers, quarterback Sean Mannion threw for 272 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. Running back Terron Ward rushed for 70 yards on 23 carries, and wide receiver Jordan Villamin caught three passes for 83 yards and two touchdowns.
