No. 19 Utah appeared to be in danger of losing their second game of the season, but they had the last laugh as they stunned No. 20 USC with the game-winning touchdown when eight seconds remained on the clock.
Utah quarterback Travis Wilson put together a masterful drive, and he appeared to have a touchdown earlier before it was wiped out since he was ruled out of bounds at the goal line.
A few seconds later, he threw the game winner to wide receiver Kaelin Clay. Both teams had traded leads throughout the game.
Wilson finished with 194 yards and a touchdown pass on 18-of-32 passing. Running back Devontae Booker ran for 102 yards and a touchdown on 26 carries, marking his fourth consecutive 100-yard rushing game.
For the Trojans, quarterback Cody Kessler threw for 264 yards and two touchdown passes with an interception on 24-of-32 passing.
Running back Javorius Allen ran for 101 yards on 27 carries, and he has rushed for over 100 yards for five consecutive games. Wide receiver Nelson Agholor caught 10 passes for 110 yards.
