The UCLA Bruins defeated the Colorado Buffaloes, 40-37, in double overtime after quarterback Brett Hundley came through with a touchdown run.

No. 25 UCLA barely avoided an upset at the hands of Colorado and improved to 6-2 with a 40-37 victory in double overtime against Colorado.
The Bruins held a 31-14 lead over the Buffaloes at the end of the third quarter, but the Buffaloes came back with 17 unanswered points in the fourth quarter. They then traded field goals with UCLA in overtime and kicked another one.
Bruins quarterback Brett Hundley scored on an eight-yard run to give his team the win.
Hundley finished with 200 yards and one touchdown pass on 24-of-39 passing and added 110 rushing yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.
Running back Paul Perkins ran for 180 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries, and he had a 92-yard touchdown run early in the game.
For Colorado, quarterback Sefo Liufau threw for 246 yards and two touchdowns and two interceptions on 27-of-45 passing.
Running back Michael Adkins II ran for 107 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries, and Tony Jones added 68 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries.
