18. Mark Noble – West Ham United
The Hammers like to have a reliable midfielder in the centre of the park who utilises an impeccable work rate as opposed to supreme talent.
Not to take anything away from Noble as he is a terrific servant to West Ham and with three goals and four assists has made a decent contribution.
However, more expensive stars such as Andy Carroll and Stewart Downing need to start proving their worth.
