The deal is now the Premier League’s second biggest sponsorship deal and will now no doubt spark a fresh round of speculation regarding their summer transfer plans.
Running for an initial five-year period at £40m per term, it comes behind only Manchester United and their £53m deal with American car giants Chevrolet.
Starting next season, the agreement will draw the curtain on their £18m partnership with Samsung, who had been adorned on their shirt since 2012.
Chelsea believe that the deal highlights their position as a major global brand, and will now give manager Jose Mourinho more freedom in the transfer market.
