Chelsea have reportedly agreed a deal to sign striker Radamel Falcao from AS Monaco on loan for the 2015-16 season.
The 29-year-old agreed personal terms with the Blues last week and now the clubs have settled on an arrangement, according to Sky Sports.
Falcao scored only four goals in 29 games during a loan spell at Manchester United, but appears to have been given another chance to prove himself in the Premier League by Jose Mourinho.
