Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur all hoping to sign Serie A hotshot from AC Milan.
Italian giants AC Milan have slapped a £20 million price tag on Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham target Mario Balotelli, reports the Daily Express.
Balotelli had a good first spell in England with Manchester City, but his career at the Etihad was shortened after he had a public spat with the then Citizens’ boss Roberto Mancini.
It is no surprise that the Premier League’s top clubs are after his signature once again, as his ability to score goals is still much appreciated in England.
The 23-year old Italian international also has plenty of years left in him, and could turn out to be a real asset in the long term if his temperament issues are managed well.
Balotelli is believed to be unhappy with the racism in his home country, and thus wants to leave – preferably for the Premier League, where racism is considerably less of a concern.
With Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs all in need of regular goalscorers, Balotelli could be well worth the money, despite his behavioural issues.
