Romelu Lukaku’s appearances for Everton last term and Belgium in the run up to the World Cup offered immense encouragement for the Red Devils, but the 20 year-old offered little against Algeria, and the north African side took the lead.
With Lukaku perhaps preoccupied with a summer transfer move away from Chelsea, the Belgian comeback only started once their star striker was substituted.
