The 22-year-old has been the subject of intense speculation over the summer, with rumours linking him with a return to the Premier League as well as a switch to Spain.
Although Barcelona have already had a reported €80m bid rejected last month, it appears as though they are still in pole position to sign the Frenchman.
“If Laporta wins the election and becomes president of the club, Pogba has a good chance to go to Barcelona,” Raiola said, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Raiola added that an agreement would still have to be reached with Juve over a fee, but he was open to the idea of his client moving to the Catalan giants in the future.
It is unlikely that it will happen this summer though given that the Turin giants have already lost Carlos Tevez, Andrea Pirlo and potentially Arturo Vidal.
Meanwhile, it remains to be seen who both Chelsea and Man City switch their attention to moving forward having now seemingly dropped out of the race for the former Man United starlet.
