Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato is being linked with a move to the Premier League, and he has reportedly been offered to two Premier League clubs for just £11m.
According to the Daily Express, Chelsea and Manchester United have both received this offer to sign the former AC Milan striker.
Pato has spent the last couple of seasons on loan with San Paulo despite being on the books at Corinthians, and he bounced back after his AC Milan career was cut short by injuries.
The Brazilian international proved that he can be a reliable scorer, as he came up with 18 goals in 35 total appearances last season.
