Pedro has ended speculation over his future by signing a new contract at Barcelona.
The forward had been expected to leave the Camp Nou this summer after failing to usurp any of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez in Barcelona’s all-conquering front three.

Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United had all reportedly hoped to bring the Spanish World Cup winner to the Premier League, but he has committed himself to the Champions League finalists until 2019.

The 27-year-old’s new four-year contract is believed to include a release clause of €150m.
Pedro, who has scored 11 goals in 49 appearances in all competitions so far this season, has won five La Liga titles and the Champions League twice with the Catalan giants.
