The 22-year-old Frenchman has really caught the eye in Ligue 1 this season, looking a highly promising young talent who could be ready to make the step up to a bigger club in a more competitive league.
Chelsea have been linked with Imbula in the past, and it may be that the Blues are looking at him as they once again plot to sign young players before loaning them out to increase their value further.
It seems unlikely that the youngster would command a place in Jose Mourinho’s side for the moment anyway, with the likes of Nemanja Matic, Cesc Fabregas and Ramires to contend with for a place in the middle of the park.
Juve’s interest could also see them provide a more tempting offer for Imbula to develop his game and progress in his career.
