Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is keeping as cool under pressure as he can, and he refuses to panic about his team’s surprisingly sluggish start.
However, the outspoken Blues boss knows that his team has a big hole to climb out of, as The Telegraph reports that he will install a zero-tolerance policy for joking around among players.
Chelsea fell to 17th place in the Premier League table after a 3-1 loss to Everton, which put many Blues fans in panic mode and caused some to call for Mourinho to be sacked.
Blues players have often engaged in jokes and banter since Mourinho returned to Stamford Bridge in 2013.
However, Mourinho is now calling for the players to be 100 percent serious and focused for their upcoming match against Arsenal.
This will mark a major opportunity for the Blues to produce a possible season-defining win and make their first step toward climbing back into title contention.
However, Chelsea sit a massive 11 points behind league leaders Manchester City after just five matches.
