Chelsea manager Jose Mourhino has drawn a costly line in the sand for Real Madrid to buy out ace Eden Hazard: £200 million and one of Real Madrid’s three star players.
According to the Daily Express, Mourhino stated point blank that the team he managed from 2010 to 2013 will have to pay an arm and a leg (or rather an arm and at least two legs) to acquire the PFA Player of the Year nominated legs of Eden Hazard.
“It will be £100m plus one of their best three players (Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez),” Mourhino said. “No, £100m each leg – £100m each leg because he is very young.”
The 24-year-old Belgian has an impressive 36 goals in three years with Chelsea in the Premier League and 48 goals overall. Last week he scored the game-winning goal in Chelsea’s 1-0 win over Manchester United that currently has them just two wins away from winning the Premier League Championship with a month left to play.
