Chelsea have earmarked a potential summer move for Real Madrid playmaker Isco, but only if Brazilian ace Oscar leaves Stamford Bridge this summer, reports Football Direct News.
PSG watched Chelsea’s no.11 recently, and were impressed by the prodigal attacking midfielder. Oscar’s creatively exceptional, and the Ligue 1 giants could come in with a mammoth £30m bid for his services.
Jose Mourinho would rather keep Oscar, but should the Brazilian turn his head towards PSG, and a likely extravagant wage increase, the Blues could replace him with Isco.
Isco joined Real Madrid for huge money last summer, and despite starting well, has struggled to force himself into the starting lineup because of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema occupying the front three positions.
The 21-year-old’s started just 16 matches all term, and has the prodigious talent to star for virtually any side in Europe.
The transfer merry-go-round would be expensive, and probably rely on Real Madrid acquiring an upgrade on Isco themselves.
