21-year-old Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma has finally completed his transfer to PSV Eindhoven.
PSV Eindhoven have concluded the signing of Jeffrey Bruma from Chelsea, ending a saga that had run for weeks.
The 21 year-old passed a medical today and has penned a four year deal to join the Eredivisie runners up, who will hope to go one better than last season and reclaim the title from arch rivals Ajax.
Bruma only appeared for Chelsea 4 times in the league after he was signed in 2007, having been loaned out from the Blues on two different occasions.
The youngster spent 4 months in 2011 at Watford, and then the whole 2012 season in Germany playing for Hamburger SV.
Bruma can play all across the back four, though his favoured position is at centre back. He has also been deployed in midfield on occasion in a holding role.
Last season he scored once in his eighteen matches for Hamburg, with almost half of those coming from the bench.
