Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro still hasn’t returned to work after the controversy with Jose Mourinho during the Swansea game last month.
Carneiro has now been absent for four weeks and it has fuelled speculation amongst the Chelsea staff that she is unlikely to resume her role, according to the Telegraph.

The report goes as far as to suggest that she could even seek legal advice to negotiate her departure from the club as first-team doctor, after Mourinho was left furious with her actions last month.
Eden Hazard was left injured on the ground and called for medical help which in turn saw Carneiro enter the field to attend to him.
However, with Chelsea drawing at the time and down to 10 men following the dismissal of Thibaut Courtois, Mourinho was infuriated as he believed that they were putting his side in jeopardy of losing the game having temporarily gone down to nine men.
First-team physio Jon Fearn has also experienced a similar situation, and it is suggested that Carneiro in particular could file a case of constructive dismissal against her employers if she doesn’t resume her previous duties and is removed from her position.
