Torres and van Ginkel on the wishlist of the Italians.

AC Milan have confirmed that Chelsea striker Fernando Torres and midfielder Marco van Ginkel are both players they are looking to sign this summer.
Neither man is considered a first team regular at Stamford Bridge currently, whilst Milan manager Filippo Inzaghi is looking to rebuild his squad following the £16m sale of Mario Balotelli to Liverpool.
Opposite number Jose Mourinho does not see either Torres or van Ginkel playing a key part in his plans this season and the Serie A club are looking to capitalise on that.
“Our goal is to take a great striker,” Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani was quoted by the Daily Express.
“Fernando Torres? He is a great striker. Let’s see if he comes or someone else. We are actively working.
“Van Ginkel? We are confident. We have made our proposal to Chelsea and are now waiting on an answer. We hope we can get him.”
Torres has fallen down the pecking order in West London following the summer arrival of Diego Costa and the return of club legend Didier Drogba.
In fact the Spaniard didn’t even make the bench for Saturday’s 2-0 Premier League victory over Leicester City and the forward could well welcome a move away.
Meanwhile van Ginkel has struggled to settle in English football ever since an £8m transfer from Vitesse Arnhem in 2013.
The Netherlands international suffered a cruciate ligament injury early into his Blues career and as a result has managed to make just four appearances for the side in total.
