Blues have a serious interest in Rijeka star Andrej Kramaric.
Chelsea have entered into formal discussions with the representatives of young Croatian striker Andrej Kramaric from Croatian domestic outfit Rijeka, report the Metro, as they look to secure the signing of the prolific 23 year-old as soon as possible.

Chelsea have seemingly been tracking the progress of Kramaric for some time since his departure from Dinamo Zagreb to join provincial outfit Rijeka, during which time he has flourished into one of the most exciting prospects in Croatian domestic football.
It is likely that Kramaric would be loaned out if he did move to Stamford Bridge in January, potentially back to Rijeka until the end of the season, but he is clearly viewed as one for the future by Jose Mourinho and his staff.
Such a deal may suit all parties, with Rijeka still in with a shout of qualification for the knockout stages of the Europa League ahead of a showdown with holders Sevilla on the final round of matches, whilst they are also challenging for qualification for next season’s Champions League.
