Chelsea and Arsenal handed boost in race for Paul Pogba.
Arsenal & Chelsea may have to pay MORE than £77m as Paul Pogba set for new buy-out clause.
Pogba left Old Trafford on a free transfer in the summer of 2012 having become frustrated at a lack of first team opportunities under previous manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
Since then the 21-year-old has become a vital part of the Juve starting XI and has helped them to three successive Serie A titles since he arrived in Turin.
That has seen Pogba’s value greatly increase and the Blues are prepared to pay a whopping £40m to tempt the France international to Stamford Bridge.
It has been a successful season for the West Londoners so far and Jose Mourinho’s men are still battling to win all four competitions they entered in 2014/15.
However, Mourinho is already looking to the future and views Pogba as the ideal addition to his already star-studded squad – with either John Obi Mikel or Ramires sold as a result.
The Red Devils are also interested on re-signing their former player, whilst Manchester City are keeping tabs as well.
