It was a stellar debut for Pedro but a frustrating day for John Terry as the Blues picked up their first win.
In the first 30 minutes of the game, the ex-Barcelona winger had his first Premier League goal followed by his first Premier League assist. Despite a late rally by WBA, Chelsea finished the day with a 3-2 victory and got their first 3-point boost of the season.
Naturally, Chelsea fans were quick to take to Twitter to pat themselves on the back for getting that much-needed first win and see a new superstar emerge to boot.
so, Pedro was #MOTM. Nice debut.#CFC

But it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows for the Stamford Bridge outfit as team captain John Terry was sent off in the second half with a red card. It was only the 6th time in his storied career that Terry received a red card and will leave the Blues without their captain for their next matchup.

Naturally, Chelsea fans were also willing to poke a few barbs at the now-obsolete Juan Cuadrado, who will reportedly join Juventus on a loan after being an expensive flop.
Pedro has done more in 20 mins than Cuadrado did in 7 months at #cfc
