Chelsea on high alert after Cavani demands Premier League move
Chelsea have been alerted to the news that Paris Saint Germain striker Edinson Cavani has told his agent to find him a Premier League club this summer, the Daily Star reports.
The Uruguayan is also wanted by Manchester United, though, and the Blues will have to convince him that they are the better option.
