Chelsea winger Victor Moses is reportedly close to securing a move away from Stamford Bridge.
According to The Telegraph, West Ham United are in negotiations with Chelsea.
The two teams are discussing a £7m deal for the Nigerian international.
Moses has been deemed surplus to requirements, as he is struggling to find consistent playing time with the first team.

West Ham are hoping to complete deals for two players before the transfer window closes, and Moses is not as valuable to the Blues anymore.
New Blues winger Pedro shined in his Chelsea debut by scoring the first goal of the game and sparking his team to their first win of the season against West Bromwich Albion.
Moses is sure to be headed out of Stamford Bridge. He did not play a role in their title run last season. He was with Stoke City on a loan deal.
Nonetheless, the winger is talented. He scored 10 goals for the Blues in the 2012-13 season.
