Blues keeping tabs on midfielder Moussa Sissoko after fine run of form.
Chelsea are monitoring the situation of powerful and creative central midfielder Moussa Sissoko at Newcastle United, report the Mail, after the Frenchman helped to end Jose Mourinho’s side’s long unbeaten run with a fine performance for Alan Pardew and the Magpies at St. James’ Park this lunchtime.

The 25 year-old has been Newcastle’s best player so far this season and his move to central midfield has coincided with the Magpies’ wonderful run after a dismal start to the campaign – leading to Pardew admitting that it could be hard for his side to keep hold of the 25 year-old.
Formerly of Toulouse, Sissoko is one of a number of players to have been successful in the North East after moving from Ligue 1 and has the versatility in midfield to add something to an area where Chelsea are perhaps weak in terms of depth.
