Lampard extended his stay at Manchester City until the end of the season recently, despite the fact that it had been announced that he would be joining New York for the start of their season in the spring, and fans of the club are feeling short changed by the way that the deal has been handled.
The former England star has been crucial to City so far this season, however, chipping in with some crucial goals – leading to Manuel Pellegrini ensuring that his deal would be extended.
