The Blues are set to compete with Manchester United and Liverpool for Dede’s signature.

Brazilian star Dede is Chelsea’s ideal replacement for captain John Terry, with the 24-year-old considered a defensive rock in his native league.
The Vasco Da Gama centre-back has seven caps for Brazil and could be prised away from his club as they are currently in a cash crisis.
However, the club will not part with their star asset cheaply and the Blues are likely to have to fork out £20million if they want to secure Dede’s services.
Premier League rivals Liverpool are prepared to offer £15million for the defender, but with Chelsea set to trump that bid the Brazilian could be Stamford Bridge-bound.
Although Manchester United are also interested in Dede it’s thought that Chelsea’s strong contingent from the South American’s native country – Oscar, Ramires and David Luiz – will tempt him to West London.
The centre-back has been a regular performer for his club since their return to the top tier of Brazilian football in 2010 and has done so well he earned a slot in the national team – playing in Brazil’s last international match and keeping a clean-sheet in a 0-4 victory over Bolivia.
With John Terry approaching his 33rd birthday and the skipper struggling with fitness this season, the Blues are on the lookout for a long-term replacement for the England defender.
Chelsea could have the prospect of an all South American defensive partnership, with Dede being able to link up with Luiz,
Also, with Gary Cahill and Branislav Ivanovic at the club the Brazilian would have plenty of healthy competition in order to improve his game.
