The Brazilian stars have been watched closely by Blues manager Jose Mourinho this season, and he has been sufficiently impressed to make a double raid for the pair at the end of the season.
Reports are suggesting that Costa, 24, will be available for around £20million as his current deal with the Ukrainian champions doesn’t expire until 2018.
However, striker Luiz Adriano will be available on a free transfer, as his deal is set to expire at the end of the present campaign.
Mourinho isn’t the only one interested in the pair, though, and may face some serious competition for them both from the likes of Premier League rivals Manchester United and Arsenal.
The 28-year-old Adriano will be expected to add some much needed competition up front, and will likely replace veteran hit man Didier Drogba.
