Chelsea & Liverpool striker target MUST decide on Serie A future by Friday
In one of the more curious moves of the transfer window, Juventus has reportedly sold Chelsea and Liverpool target Carlos Tevez to Argentina’s Boca Juniors.
According to NBC Sports, the two-time Juventus scoring leader and former Olympic gold medalist will be returning to his home country to rejoin the club that gave him his big break as a teenager. Rumors had been circulating that Tevez, who has scored 50 goals in two seasons with Juventus, had been in talks with the Serie A club about his future, but club management insisted that Tevez make up his mind before the end of Copa America.
But it was a recently posted image by Argentinian football legend Diego Maradona seemed to indicate that Tevez would be making a homecoming.

Curiously, the price tag on Tevez had dropped recently with the latest price on the scoring sensation estimated at just £10 million as reported last week. Though Tevez would have been more than capable of joining Chelsea or Liverpool at that price, it seems Juventus had all of the selling power in this instance.
Tevez played as a senior for Boca Juniors from 2001 to 2004 before moving to Corinthians and setting a career-high with 31 goals on the season. He made his debut in the Premier League in 2006 with West Ham United and signed with Man United the following season, scoring 34 goals in two seasons. In 2009 Tevez signed with Man City and recorded 73 goals in 148 appearances before moving again to Juventus.
Among the numerous accolades Tevez has achieved in his professional career are: three South American Player of the Year awards, two Player of the Year of Argentina awards, the Premier League Golden Boot award in 2010-11, two different Premier League Player of the Month awards, Serie A Team of the Year in 2013-14, three Premier League Championships and two FA Cups.
