Chelsea’s key midfielder Nemanja Matic is fit to face Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night, despite suffering a bizarre injury in the Capital One Cup celebrations at Wembley Stadium.

The 26-year-old fell to ground in pain after sliding on his knees to celebrate his side’s first trophy of the season, and appeared to pick up an ankle injury, making him a doubt for the huge last 16 second-leg against PSG.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho, however, confirmed that Matic is fine for the clash, with the only absence being John Mikel Obi.
