The Colombian international has failed to live up to the hype at Old Trafford this season, bagging a meagre four goals in 29 appearances, but according to reports in the Daily Mail he could be given another chance to make an impact in England by moving to Chelsea this summer.
Falcao is linked to Jose Mourinho through agent Jorge Mendes, and talks have begun between the parties to discuss a surprise move to Stamford Bridge.
Despite picking up a league and cup double this term, the Blues are keen to add more options to their frontline with veteran star Didier Drogba likely to move on in the coming weeks.
That would leave just Diego Costa, who has endured his share of injury problems recently, to compete with Loic Remy for a starting spot in the attack.
