FC Barcelona’s Gerard Pique being lined up as John Terry replacement

Jose Mourinho is looking into the possibility of signing out of favour Barca defender Pique as a long-term alternative to captain Terry.

According to the Daily Star it would cost around £24m to prise the Spain international from the Nou Camp.

Pique has fallen down the pecking order in Catalonia since Luis Enrique took over as head coach and could be tempted by a return to the Premier League.
