Bayern Munich are keen to sign Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic according to the Daily Star, but the paper also claim that the Blues are preparing a new £90,000-a-week contract to kill off the Bundesliga club’s interest.

Athletic Bilbao centre-back Aymeric Laporte could be set for Stamford Bridge this summer, report the Metro. The 20-year-old has a £30m release clause in his current contract and Blues kit manufacturer Adidas, who sponsor Laporte, may be willing to help fund the move.
